I think Cade had a great time this year for Halloween since he's big enough to kind of get into things. We went to the Lingleville Halloween Carnival on Friday night, then went to Trunk or Treat in Dublin Saturday afternoon, and went Trick or Treating around Memaw's house Saturday night. The Elmo costume was definitely a hit! Too bad we missed the costume contest at Trunk or Treat!!

Uncle Ronnie took Cade down the street to see the "monkey" (aka Dr. Reed dressed in a big ugly gorilla suit. He dresses up every year and runs and growls and scares the kids.) Cade kept wanting to go see the "monkey", so we kept saying "nice monkey, nice monkey" when we walked up so he didn't scare Cade.
